The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the effect work-life balance, work stress motivation on employee job satisfaction with psychological capital as an intervening variable. method used in uses a quantitative approach, data collection using questionnaire distributed 81 respondents. Statistical analysis SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) path pattern relationships that reveal influence variables other variables. Both direct indirect effects use Smart PLS Ver 3.0 software. results showed balance directly had positive significant p-value 0.004 <0.05,
